Shipping is handled via Royal Mail or Evri and for customers in the UK this is free.
For other countries, please add an item to your basket to view delivery prices – currently (2023) between £5 & £7 per order.
Customers outside of the UK may be liable for extra import and handling fees, please be aware of this before making your purchase.
Payments are made with credit or debit cards via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order, its just the way this site handles processing of payments. I also take payments via BACS for those that prefer direct bank payments.
I aim to despatch items within 2 working days of an order being placed. I am however, a “1 man band” and occasionally delays may occur. If this is the case, I will email to verify if the order should go ahead.
Should you wish to return your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is to be paid by the customer and the product must be in an unused condition. Products must be returned to me within an additional 14 days. A refund will be issued once I am in receipt of the product.
If the unthinkable happens and an order arrives damaged, again email me to arrange a replacement.
