Good news for manta rays

Good news for manta rays This morning came the news that manta rays have now been placed on the CITES Appendix II listing.  Oceanic whitetip, porbeagle and 3 kinds of hammerhead sharks were also added to the list.  This is great news but lets see how well certain countries deal with the regulations imposed.
